Visitors urged to leave Florida Keys ahead of Fay

Officials in the Florida Keys closed schools, opened shelters and urged visitors to leave as Tropical Storm Fay threatened to strengthen into a hurricane Sunday. Traffic leaving Key West and the Lower Keys remained steady Sunday afternoon as the sky darkened with storm clouds and the National Weather Service issued watches and warnings. But some residents and tourists seemed in no rush to evacuate.
