Abdullah to announce Afghan run-off decision (AFP)

Former Afghan foreign minister, Abdullah Abdullah, is set to announce whether he will run in next weekend's presidential election run-off after the incumbent Hamid Karzai snubbed a series of demands laid down by his challenger.
