I Completely agreed with this law!…I was borne out the country,,,,,,I will advice to build or to accommodate a rest area where perhaps couches or comfortable sitting could b allow while waiting for longer periods of times closed or very accessible to restrooms and water fountain etc…I personally waited nearly a 24 hour delayed in Caracas airport in 2003!….ty and Pleased Holidays!
