CFL commissioner Cohon gets extension: reports

CFL commissioner Mark Cohon is staying place.
Two sources say Cohon has agreed in principle to a multi-year contract extension.
Exact details of the new deal aren’t available, but it reportedly covers the next three years.
But, Cohon has yet to officially sign the new contract.
“The commissioner made it clear at Grey Cup he expects to be renewed as commissioner,” league spokesman Jamie Dykstra said. “A lot of progress has been made since then.
“And as soon as the process is entirely complete, we will share any news with media and our fans.”
